PROFILE

Akinsola holds a Bsc (Hons) degree in Industrial Relation and Personnel Management and a Master’s in Public Administration (MPA) from University of Lagos. He is member of The Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM), Associate Member, Nigeria Institute of Management (AMNIM) and a life Member of the prestigious Lagos Business School (SMP 40 Class)

He has attended various training and seminars on People’s Management, Strategic Human Resources Management and Effective Performance Management for peak results. Before joining Gateway Mortgage Bank Limited, he had gathered working experience that cut across the Financial Institutions and FMCG’s, Wema Bank Plc, Great Nigeria Insurance Plc, Intercontinental Homes Savings and Loan Plc Now First Trust Mortgage Bank, Grand Oak Limited, Korem Consulting and Infinity Microfinance Bank.

He is a Senior Manager and presently the Head, Human Resources and Administration of Gateway Mortgage Bank Limited from October 2019 till date.
