PROFILE

Anthony Akaya has wide experience in Relationship Management and Domestic Operations and Marketing.

Anthony graduated from the Institute of Management & Technology (IMT), Enugu in 1996 and obtained master’s in finance (MBA) at the Lagos State university in the year 2005.

He started his Banking Career in the year 2001 as an operation staff of Acclaim Homes Savings and Loans Limited and worked in various capacities as Relationship/Business Development Officer, Debt Recovery Officer, Credit & Risk Management Officer, Project Manager and Branch Manager at Partnership Savings and Loans Limited Bank, Intercontinental Homes Savings and Loans Plc (now TrustBond Mortgage Bank Plc) and Infinity Trust Mortgage Bank Plc. He has attended various training courses and seminars on Mortgage Credit Analysis, Appraisal and Security Documentation, Mortgage Banking Operations, Integrated Credit and Risk Management Master Class over the years.

He joined Gateway Mortgage Bank Limited in March 2022 as the Branch Manager, Ota.
