EBENEZER OLAWALE OSISANYA, a resourceful, exemplary and successful Chartered Accountant and Chartered Banker with over 25 years’ experience in Banking (Mortgage Banking inclusive) He is dynamic, focused and a fellow of various professional bodies including, the Chartered institute of Bankers of Nigeria, ACIB 1991, FCIBN (2004), The Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria ICAN, AICAN 1993, FCA (2009); Member of Institute of Directors (2008) and became a Fellow of Institute of Directors (F,IOD) in the year 2019; Alumni of Lagos Business School, LBS- CEP18 2010. His academic pursuit was crowned with a Master in Business Administration (MBA) (Financial Management) in 2010 from the Lagos State University.

His banking career started in 1982 and his first point of call was the National Bank of Nigeria Limited. He joined United Commercial Bank Limited in 1993. He proceeded to Mercantile Bank of Nigeria Plc in 1994 where he became a Branch Manager. He became the Managing Director of Stallion Homes Savings and Loans Limited in 1998 and also served with distinction in notable primary mortgage institutions, one of which is Intercontinental Homes Limited now First Trust Mortgage Bank in 2003 as the GM/CEO. He also served as MD/CE with Jubilee Life Mortgage Bank between 2006 and 2015. He is presently the MD/CE of Gateway Mortgage Bank Limited with effect from October 2015. His multi-facet experience cut across all sectors of corporate organization: knowledge of Mortgage Institutions, dynamics initiatives covering product knowledge; Key institutional relationships and working knowledge; Structural arrangements; Liquidity management and Risk management. Other areas of his exposure include: Human Capital, Pension Administration, Foreign Operations and Central Account. He bagged various International certificates such as Certificates on ‘SECURITIZATION’ from the University of Pennsylvania (2008); ‘HOUSING FINANCE’ from University of Pennsylvania (2008), Company Directors’ programme from Lagos Business School, Top Executive Leadership Program, Manchester Business School certificate, UK (2007) including certificates from Institute of Directors(2008), Concepts and Operation for Mortgage Default Insurance and Securitization from Canada Mortgage Housing Corporation (2009). He is happily married with children.
