Oluseyi Michael Olayinka is having an impactful career in the Nigerian banking industry. Starting as a credit risk officer at NNB International Bank in Lagos, he moved on to Unity Bank in Abuja and successfully drove school fees collections across various parts of the country. He then joined Intercontinental Bank in Jos as the regional risk management executive and then excelled as a Relationship Manager for Retail Banking at Access Bank, Jos. He later joined Sterling Bank as a Relationship Manager in Jos for Alternative Finance, leading his team to achieve impressive results.

At EdFin Microfinance Bank Lagos, Oluseyi played a crucial role as a Senior Risk and Compliance Officer, developing the bank’s risk management framework and raising risk awareness. Currently, as the Enterprise Risk Manager at Gateway Mortgage Bank, he collaborates with stakeholders to implement a comprehensive risk management framework.
