Olufemi Osinubi is a seasoned banking professional with over 20 years of extensive experience in operations, credit administration, internal control, audit, and compliance. He has built a remarkable career, having worked with prominent banks such as UBA, Intercontinental Bank, Keystone Bank, Enterprise Bank, and Heritage Bank, where he consistently delivered high-quality results. His experience in Risk Management, Internal Control, Audit and Compliance has equipped him with a unique understanding of the banking industry’s complexities.

Throughout his career, Olufemi has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills, having held various positions such as Operational Risk Manager, Regional Control Manager, and Head of Branch Compliance. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), demonstrating his commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism in the industry. His membership in the Nigeria Institute of Management, Risk Manager Association of Nigeria, Compliance Institute of Nigeria and Institute of Operational Risk further underscores his dedication to staying abreast of industry developments.

Olufemi’s expertise in Risk Management, Internal Control, Audit and Compliance has been enhanced through various training sessions and seminars organized by reputable institutions such as the Financial Institutions Training Centre (FITC), Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Mortgage Banking Association of Nigeria, and ICAN. He holds a Master of Science degree from Obafemi Awolowo University, where he graduated with distinction, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Ogun State University, where he was the best graduate student in accounting.

Presently, he is the Chief Compliance Officer of Gateway Mortgage Bank Limited, Olufemi is committed to ensuring that the bank operates with the highest level of integrity and compliance. In his free time, he enjoys listening to music and watching football.
