OGUNTOYE OYEBANJI

PROFILE

Oguntoye Oyebanji is a graduate of Accountancy from the Ogun State Polytechnic Abeokuta where he got his OND in 1993 and HND in 1996 respectively. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management from the Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University and is certified by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) UK in IFRS. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, having qualified in November 2006.

He started his work career with Doyin Group of Companies as an Internal Control Officer between 1999 and 2001 before joining Tantalizers Ltd as a Resident Auditor in several of its Branches. He went on to become a Supervising Resident Auditor, Assistant Regional Auditor and Regional Finance Manager in charge of the company’s Western Operations in Ibadan.

He later joined the services of Intercontinental Homes Savings and Loans Limited where he became Acting Head Internal Control before being moved to the Treasury and Strategy department of the Bank. He was a senior member of the Flexcube implementation Team that migrated the Bank from its local Banking application to the Global Flexcube brand. He was awarded Best Staff of the Bank in 2008.

In April 2011, Mr Oguntoye Joined the services of True Tales Publications and Press as its Chief Operating Officer (COO) with the mandate to revive and reposition the company for growth. He left True Tales to Join Quorum Aviation Limited and Ashton and Dave Travels and Holidays as its Group Financial Controller, his last official engagement before joining Gateway Mortgage Bank Limited as the Internal Control and Compliance Manager in May 2022.
