PROFILE

Rotimi holds a Bsc. (Hons) degree in Accounting from the University of Lagos. He is a Fellow (FCA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Associate Member (AMNIM), Nigerian Institute of Management and an Associate member (ACIT), Chartered Institute of Taxation, a Member of the Chartered Institute of Directors of Nigeria (MIoD).

He is a sponsored individual at the Securities and Exchange Commission and also an approved Board Secretary at the Corporate Affairs Commission.

In addition, he has attended various courses, training and seminars on taxation, financial accounting, budgeting and budgetary control, risk-based internal audit and general audit.

As an Executive Director, he attended several training sessions organized by FITC, CBN, Mortgage Banking Association of Nigeria and Chartered Institute of Directors which focus on Corporate Governance and other board matters.

He has over 25 years working experience which cut across Auditing, Mortgage Banking, Insurance and Capital Market which were at top management levels.

He is presently the Executive Director of Finance & Strategy of Gateway Mortgage Bank Limited.
